The city aims to create a society of coexistence that respects human rights in addition to provide an environment for all citizens where not only can they enjoy lifelong learning and activities but also make the most of these experiences and skills in their local community.
Along with increasing the quality and standard of educational programs in the city and their return of knowledge and benefits to the local community, the city provides assistance for various resident-based learning programs aimed at the development of an environment in which city residents can learn together and from one another.
As part of its plans to revitalize local communities and create a sense of worth throughout residents' life, the city increases opportunities to utilize the various talents and skills of its diverse population, from seniors to youth, promotes systems that make use of facilities in the local community, such as colleges and universities, and implements support programs to encourage the participation of youth in society.
Additionally, the city strives to implement measures that contribute to the realization of world peace and creation of a society based on the principles of mutual understanding and coexistence in which all city residents recognize together each others' differences, are treated equally, and have their human rights respected.
