* Approval of 1st Representative conference of Kawasaki foreign citizen "Meeting progress"
* Regarding progress which is concerned election of temporary member for sectional board.

* Election of temporary member for regional committee
* ILHYOK YOON (North Korea) = Educational board
* KUNJA LEE (North Korea) = Regional board
* SUNGKUN RIM (North Korea) = Community board
* YANGYOP CHO (South Korea) = Education board
* SHAHEEN HASSAN (Bangladesh) = Education board

==For understanding culture gap and custom==
* Establish "Foreigner board" in Education council
* Making a opportunity that foreign children and Japanese children learn each custom and culture.
* It is necessary to arrange a system which to hold a conversation with school representative,
foreigner parent and Japanese parent together in the school having foreigner student.
* "Foreigner board" will do counseling as a intermediator in case of a problem which foreigner
student is involved can not be solved.
* School and school teacher will be under the guidance of "Foreigner board"
for treatment of foreigner student.
* A culture and custom of foreign student should be accepted in class.

Regional board meeting
==For building up a community without discrimination and prejudice==
* Consider to establish precedented "Housing ordinance" of Tokyo metropolis and study their reference.
About the detail will be discussed in next time.
* Arrange to hold a meeting which is able to discuss about resident discrimination by city and real estate dealer.
* Solve resident inequality between foreign citizen and Japanese citizen.
* Try to add a name disclosure provision with duty provision against discriminative real estate
dealer when resident provision is established.
* Discuss an insurance problem for short term visa and overstay foreigner.

What is able to do immediately and have to solve immediately should be the first consideration.
* Systemize information for foreign citizen.
* How all translated brochure in foreign language should be availablein convenient place.
(at the registration for instance)
* Research any brochures and references which board member have and consider how information
for foreign citizen should be.
* Try to make a information list to be translated in multilingual for foreigner and offer them to foreign citizen.
* Make a check list of the procedure and minimum obligation to be neededfor new foreign citizen.
* All person in charge of every information desk will offer guidance of needed procedure by this list.

* How about establishing "Foreigner board" in Education council.
* Establish an application system in a school for foreign student and have full of orientation about Japanese education system.
* School teachers, parents and students should understand foreign custom and culture for positive communication.
* Make a guide for proceeding these.
* It is important point of view how foreign parent participate in making guide.
* Request foreigner parent to teach their culture and custom in a class.
* Make counseling system substantially.
* Considering foreigner education be a task team like Osaka foreigner education and research council does is important.

* Continue to advise to establish a resident ordinance.
* Prohibition of resident discrimination will be included Resident ordinance, considering the fact that foreigner is rejected.
* Considering aged people and family have child not only for foreigner.

*Regarding rent a house from commercial,dealer,discrimination prohibition should be included
resident ordinance for foreigner,the handicapped,aged people and family have child, everyone
who wants to rent a house.
*Establish a name disclosure provision against the person who do resident discrimination repeatedly.
