For those planning to expand an operation into Kawasaki, an office rent fee will be reduced in a certain period. Also a firm who continues a sufficient performance longer than one year in Kawasaki is eligible for a various types of financial loaning assistance programs.

The Asian Venture Business Town is based at THINK (Techno Hub INnovation, Kawasaki), which utilized an advanced research facility and supporting function of the JFE group.
Foreign researchers and venture businesses have been helped for business start up with a reduced rental fee for the office (33m-square and there to five secti ons per each year).

Various Financial Loan Assistance Programs
A firm who operates longer than one year after moving to Kawasaki is eligible to be accommodated with following programs.
- Business Promotion Fund (Up to 200 million yen)
- Small Business Fund (Up to 35 million yen)
