Giving Away/Acquiring Used Items

There is a pamphlet, called “echo,” which lists information for both people who want to give away items and people searching for used items.
The pamphlet, available at the ward office and at libraries, is updated and issued on the third Friday of every month.
Details on how to give or acquire are noted in the pamphlet.

Getting Usable Furniture and Other Items from Amongst Oversized Garbage

Oversized garbage that is still in good condition is available at the Tachibana Recycling Community Center.
Note that if more than one person wants the same item, a drawing is held to decide who will get it.
