Calling An Ambulance
Dial 119 to call an ambulance in the event of an emergency illness or injury.
There is no cost for using an ambulance, and there is no charge for calling one from a public phone.
Dialing 119:
- For the gray public telephones, pick up the receiver and dial 119.
- For the green public telephones, first press the red emergency button, and then dial 119.
- For pink public telephones, ask the store clerk what to do.
