Children's Dream Park

Each ward office acts as a stronghold for supporting children in the local area. These facilities are being utilized as centers to comprehensively and effectively promote various child rearing measures for the wholesome development of the next generation.
In addition, Kawasaki is promoting improvements in the child-care environment in response to the increasing population. The city is also establishing a comprehensive consultation system for matters related to children.
Concerning school education, the City of Kawasaki is working on improving school facilities in order to secure a safe and comfortable educational environment and appropriately cope with the increase in the number of students.
Furthermore, Kawasaki expands educational activities through ingenuity to promote the creation of reliable and open schools for the benefit of parents and the community.
Kawasaki provides a wide variety of opportunities for life-long learning as a part of its policy to create an environment in which people can enjoy active and fulfilling lives.
In addition, Kawasaki promotes peace and strives to create a regional society in which human dignity and the rights of all citizens are recognized. This is based on the principles of respecting individuality, offering mutual support, and living together within the community.
