This park is next to Kawasaki-Daishi Heigen-ji Temple and has a baseball park, tennis courts, a pool, grass areas and so on. There is a very popular Chinese garden "Shinshu-En" which was gifted by Shenyang City in China in 1987 celebrating 5th anniversary of being friend cities.
