You can stop your water utility (when moving, etc.) by settling your account as shown below.

1. Submission Method
(1) Telephone
A. Submission Period: 4–5 Days Prior to Suspension
B. Contact: Water Supply and Sewerage (Joge Suido) Customer Center
C. Reception Time: 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (All year round)
D. Required Information: Water Utility Number, Name of User, Date of Suspension, Method of Account Settlement, Forwarding Address and Contact Information

(2) E-mail Application
A. Submission Period: 4-5 Days Prior to Suspension
B. Reception Time: Any Time
C. Required Information: Water Utility Number, Name of User, Date of Suspension, Method of Account Settlement, Forwarding Address and Contact Information

2. Account Settlement Method
(1) Bank Transfer (Limited to Those Currently Using this Payment Method)
(2) Credit Card Payment (Limited to Those Currently Using this Payment Method)
(3) Payment Slip
(4) On-Site Settlement
