　This pamphlet explains the National Health Insurance (NHI) program in English, Chinese, Vietnam, Nepali, Korean, and　Filipino for the benefit of foreign residents living in Kawasaki City. We hope it will be of use to your and other foreign residents as　well as to Japanese nationals who frequently have the opportunity to interact with them, and that you lead a healthy, enjoyable, and　fruitful life in Kawasaki City.

　この冊子は、川崎市に在住している外国人の方々のために、国民健康保険制度を、英語、中国語、ベトナム語、ネパール語、韓国・朝鮮語、フィリピノ語でわかりやすくまとめたものです。外国人の方々ならびに外国人に接する機会の多い方々が、この冊子を有効に活用されることを希望します。
