「kawasaki_Japan-guide」YouTubeアカウント運用ポリシー

本市港湾局では、東京2020オリンピック・パラリンピック競技大会の開催を好機と捉え、クルーズ船のホテルとしての活用に向けた取組を進めています。　

本取組は、インバウンド誘導や新たな賑わいの創出に向け、本市の魅力を紹介したプロモーション映像（＝動画）を制作し、インターネット等を通じ、デジタルプロモーションを積極的に行うことによって、世界での本市の認知度向上を図ることを目的としています。

（1）私たちは、川崎市職員として、多くの皆様に充実した魅力情報を発信することに努めます。

（2）地方公務員法をはじめとする関係法令及び職員の服務や情報の取扱いに関する規定等を遵守し、基本的人権、肖像権、プライバシー権、著作権等に留意し、情報を発信します。

原則として、平日8時30分～17時（年末年始を除く。）としますが、この時間帯以外にも動画の投稿を行う場合があります。

Our YouTube Channel will be accessible primarily on weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding year-end and New Year).  Videos, however, may be posted exceptionally outside of these hours.

 川崎市港湾局港湾振興部誘致振興課担当職員又は本市から当該業務の委託を受けた者（担当者に限る。）。

Staff of Kawasaki City Port and Harbor Bureau, Port Promotion Department, Development and Promotion Section, or a contractor entrusted by Kawasaki City to fulfill a service (limited to the person-in-charge from Kawasaki City).

ア　当アカウントは、「YouTube」を動画の公開に活用するとともに、動画視聴者の反応をリサーチするためにコメント機能を使用します。また、コメントの受付期間については、港湾局誘致振興課が任意で決めるものとします。

なお、受け付けたコメントの内容が、以下のような不適切なものと判断される場合には、発言者に断りなく削除することがあります。

（ア）法令等に違反するもの

（イ）公序良俗に反するもの

（ウ）人権侵害となるもの

（エ）掲載動画の趣旨に関係のないもの

（オ）特定の個人、企業、団体等を誹謗中傷するもの

（カ）営業活動、政治的活動、宗教的活動、その他営利を目的としたもの

（キ）虚偽や事実誤認の内容を含むもの

（ク）わいせつな表現を含む不適切な内容を含むもの

（ケ）その他、投稿者が不適切と判断したもの

イ　当アカウントは、港湾局誘致振興課の判断により、予告なく変更又は廃止する場合があります。

ウ　当アカウントの内容について、無断で複製・転用することはできません。

エ　当アカウントの運用ポリシーは、港湾局誘致振興課の判断により予告なく変更する場合があります。御了承ください。

オ　その他、「川崎市ソーシャルメディアの利用に関するガイドライン」の取扱いに準じます。

 i.  Our YouTube Channel will be used to upload videos as well as to use the comment page to conduct research on our users’ response. The time period to accept comments from users will be determined at the discretion of the Kawasaki City Port and Harbor Bureau, Port Promotion Department, Development and Promotion Section.

Additionally, when comments are determined inappropriate in accordance with the reasons below, they will be deleted without any notice to the user:

（A）Illegality

（B）Violation of public policy

（C）Infringement of human rights

（D）Irrelevance to the content of the posted video

（E）Slanders and defames a particular individual, entity, party, etc.

（F）Any activity considered to be marketing activity, political activity, religious activity, or anything with a commercial purpose

（G）Contains falsehoods or factual errors

（H）Includes inappropriate content such as obscene expressions

（I） Anything other than the above that is judged by the video uploader as inappropriate

ii.　Our YouTube Channel may be changed or terminated without notice by judgement of the Kawasaki City Port and Harbor Bureau, Port Promotion Department, Development and Promotion Section

iii.　To reproduce or to distribute any content of our YouTube Channel without permission is prohibited

iv.　The YouTube Channel Management Guidelines may be changed without notice upon judgement by Kawasaki City Port and Harbor Bureau, Port Promotion Department, Development and Promotion Section.

v.　 All other terms & conditions shall conform to “Kawasaki City’s Guideline on the Usage of Social Media”

当アカウントに掲載している個々の情報（映像、テキスト等）に関する知的財産権は、本市に帰属します。

また、内容について「私的使用のための複製」や「引用」など著作権法上認められた場合を除き、無断で複製・転用することはできません。

Kawasaki City retains the ownership rights of all Intellectual Property Rights in each item of information (graphics, photos, text, etc.) posted in its YouTube Channel.

Furthermore, reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited unless copyright is acknowledged under conditions such as “reproduction for personal use”, “quotations”, etc.

ア　当アカウントの情報の正確性、完全性、有用性等を完全に保証するものではありません。

イ　本市は、ユーザーが当アカウントを利用したこと又は利用することができなかったことによって生じるいかなる損害についても、一切責任を負いません。

ウ　本市は、原則として、投稿されたコメントに対する回答を行いません。また、投稿されたコメントについて、一切の責任を負いません。

エ　本市は、当アカウントに関連して、ユーザー間又はユーザーと第三者間でトラブル・紛争が発生した場合であっても、一切責任を負いません。

オ　上記のほか、本市は、当アカウントに関連する事項に起因又は関連して生じた、いかなる損害についても、一切の責任を負いません。

i.   Kawasaki City does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, usefulness, etc. of the information posted in its YouTube Channel.

ii.　In no event shall Kawasaki City be liable of any loss or damage caused to the user from accessing or not being able to access the City’s YouTube Channel.

iii.  In principle, Kawasaki City will not respond to comments received from users in its YouTube Channel.  In no event shall

Kawasaki City be liable for the comments received from the users.

iv.  In no event shall Kawasaki City be liable against a conflict or dispute arising from or related to its YouTube Channel among users, or among users and a third party.

v.　 In no event shall Kawasaki City be liable against any kind of loss or damage arising from or related to its YouTube Channel.
